Came here for lunch with a couple of friends. Having lived here for years, I have no idea why I hadn’t come here before as I’ve been recommended it so many times! The garden was shut when I was here, but I heard it’s lovely. Food came quickly, was delicious and there was a really nice vibe in the cafe. Got a large portion for the price! Lovely spot for a bite to eat before or after venturing into Glastonbury Abbey!

Visited the Lazy Gecko for some lunch. Had full English and apple crumble with custard for afters. Meal was good quality and plenty for the price, the apple crumble and custard was best I have tasted in a long time. Plenty of seating area with good atmosphere and availability to sit out front or in garden if you wanted too. Highly recommended place to visit.

The best place in town for a great coffee, hot chocolate and the best chips ever.. it’s been our local cafe for an age and we love it. The staff are fantastic and the vibe is chill.. the food is always lovely … small garden in the back that is just delightful in the summer … thank you Geko Crew ..

A quirky café (licensed) with interesting original artwork on the walls (much of which is for sale at very reasonable prices) and friendly, helpful staff. The food was delicious and, if you don't mind the wait for freshly cooked fare, well worth the cost. Awareness and catering for coeliac diners was very good. Dog friendly. Definitely recommended.

Just had some tapas at their first tapas evening and couldn't be more impressed. The staff are amazing, really attentive, we popped outside for a vape, and finished our glasses of wine, and they came out with the bottle of wine we had bought and asked if we would like a top up. Inside had some really good music and a fantastic vibe, and some great artwork. The food itself was spectacular warm bread and an olive oil and balsamic dip, the calamari was divine. Mussels perfectly cooked and the topped bruscetta I could eat every day. Also had the spicy lamb and feta puffs, the pastry was really flakey. Chorizo and butter bean stew is nice and spicy. 110% coming again. Well done all at the gecko.

My wife and I had a quick spot of lunch here. We had coffee and toasted sandwiches. Friendly staff, very nice coffee and the food was good too. Think we went back again ...and would probably again.
